Cancellation Policy
Please read the cancellation policy carefully before booking. We realise that plans can change and if this is the case then please contact us immediately as we will always try to accommodate our guests.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, any deposit may be retained or one night's accommodation may be charged to the credit card number provided. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation (within the 48 hour period) being charged. This cancellation policy also applies to non-arrival without notification and to shortened stays.
For special event and group bookings all cancellations within the 7 day period will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.
When customers are charged for cancelled accommodation we will attempt to re-sell the room(s) in question and will refund all costs if successful.
