Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, any deposit may be retained or one night’s accommodation may be charged to the credit card number provided. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation (within the 48 hour period) being charged. This cancellation policy also applies to non-arrival without notification and to shortened stays.
